Receta Creamy Greens And Ham

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Frzn greens, collards, turnip or possibly dandelion, thawed
- 1 tsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 lb Smoked ham, cut into 4 slices
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Warm red pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
- Drain greens in a sieve and press out as much liquid as possible. Heat butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook ham 2 min per side or possibly till golden brown. Transfer to a platter. Add in garlic to pan and cook 1 minute, stirring, till fragrant. Add in greens and lowfat milk and cook 4-5 min, stirring occasionally, till most of liquid is absorbed.
- Season with red pepper sauce. Serve ham slices on top of greens.
