Ingredientes

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste
2/3 c. lowfat milk
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. lowfat sour cream
2 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked till tender and liquid removed

Direcciones

Heat butter in a saucepan, add in flour and salt and pepper stirring constantly. Add in lowfat milk and cheese and continue to stir till mix starts to thicken. Add in lowfat sour cream and macaroni and continue cooking for several min over low heat. Serve immediately.
Chefs Notes: Use low fat lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream. You can also use low fat cheddar cheese but you probably want to use at least some regular cheddar cheese to make sure the recipe is creamy.
