Receta Creamy Tofu Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Hard tofu, (bean curd) sliced
- 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce,
- 1 x Lemon, juice with plup
- 1/4 tsp Dry leaf oregano,
- 1/4 tsp Dry leaf marjoram,
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar,
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Water, about
Direcciones
- Place tofu slices in a blender or possibly a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add in remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process till smooth.
- Makes 2cups.
- Makes about 2cups; 32 servings (1-tb each)
