Receta Crisp Bacon Muffins

Ingredientes
- 8 x Bacon slices
- 1 1/3 c. Cake flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Bacon fat
Direcciones
- Saute/fry bacon til crisp, and chop fine. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr together. Add in the bacon. Combine the egg, lowfat milk and bacon fat, and blend into the first mix. Pour into buttered muffin tins, one-third full, and bake in a warm oven (425) for 15-20 min.
