Receta Crispy Minute Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Egg
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Hard margarine (or possibly butter)
- 1 1/2 lb Minute steaks (tenderized beef steak)
Direcciones
- Beat egg, water, salt and pepper in shallow bowl till smooth.
- Put bread crumbs into shallow dish.
- Heat margarine in non-stick frying pan.
- Dip minute steak into egg mix, then into crumbs. Lay crumbed steak on waxed paper.
- Press with your hand to ensure crumbs stay on.
- Add in to frying pan. Brown both sides, cooking to degree of desired doneness.
- Serves 4
