- 1/2 c. Pickling salt
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Alum
- 1 tsp Celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard seed
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 2 x Warm peppers, sliced Sliced onions Cucumbers, chunked Dill Grape leaves
Direcciones
- Layer in crock or possibly gallon glass jars: chunked cucumbers, sliced onions, dill and grape leaves. Cover with brine. Weigh down. Ready in 12 hrs.
