Receta Crock Pot Cheese Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 12 med potatoes (4 lb.)
- 1 lrg onion sliced thin
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 whl cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 whl to 3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper. Slice potatoes. Toss slices in 2 c. water with 1 tsp. cream of tartar; drain. Grease crock-pot. Layer potatoes, onion, flour mix, and repeat. Add in butter, then add in soup (not diluted). Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs, High 3 to 4 hrs. Thirty min before serving, add in grated cheese.
