Receta Crock Pot Lamb Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 x to 4 pounds chunked leg of lamb
- 3 x to 4 quartered potatoes (or possibly more)
- 1 x to 2 cans chicken broth (depending on meat)
- 2 x or possibly 3 beef soup bones (leg bones with marrow preferred)
- 1 lrg onion (minced) several carrots, diced in large pcs
- 1 Tbsp. (or possibly more) minced or possibly chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. crushed Rosemary
- 2 dsh oregano
- 1/2 dsh tarragon flakes (go LIGHTLY!)
- 1 x Bay leaf or possibly two
- 1 x cozy fire place
- 1 x very cool evening (preferably snowy) salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place all (except potatoes if desired firmer potatoes) in a crock pot. Cook on LOW setting till lamb is flaky (5 to 6 hrs or possibly more). Add in potatoes 1 to 2 hrs after starting.
