Receta Crockpot Brunch Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1 lrg minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly butter
- 2 x garlic,cloves chopped
- 1 can mushrooms,sliced,liquid removed 4oz
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaf
- 1/2 pkt frzn minced spinach thawed & liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 6 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk scalded
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese,sharp grated
Direcciones
- In skillet, lightly brown grnd beef and onion in extra virgin olive oil; drain well. Place in well-greased crock-pot. Stir in remaining ingredients except Large eggs, lowfat milk and cheese till well blended. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over other ingredients; stir well. Dust with additional nutmeg. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 10 hrs or possibly till hard. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
