Receta Crockpot Chicken Marengo

Ingredientes
- 2 whl fryers, cut up
- 12 x Pearl onions
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 x Shallots, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 5 sprg parsley
- 2 whl bay leaves, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Stuffed olives, sliced
- 16 ounce Canned tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine Croutons
Direcciones
- Place onions in bottom of slow cooker; add in chicken and mushrooms. In bowl, mix all remaining ingredients except croutons and add in to slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hrs, on high 3-4 hrs, or possibly on automatic 5 hrs. Serve with croutons.
