Receta Crockpot Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 tsp butter or possibly margarine melted
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 lrg peaches mashed
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon grnd
Direcciones
- Lightly grease crockpot or possibly spray with nonstick coating spray. In a large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir. Pour in margarine and lowfat milk and stir. Fold in peaches and cinnamon, till well mixed. Pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs or possibly on HIGH for 3-4 hrs. Serve hot. Top with vanilla ice cream if you like.
