Receta Crockpot Style Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Dry navy beans, (soaked overnight)
- 1 1/2 quart Water
- 1 lb Lean, boneless ham, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Minced celery leaves
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Bay leaf, (optional)
Direcciones
- Drain the soaked beans. Combine all the ingredients in crockpot. Cover, cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. (High: 4 to 5 hrs.)
- Makes 6 servings.
