Receta Cuban Green Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh tomatillos or possibly 1-1/4 pounds canned, including juice
- 1 x Yellow onion, coarsely minced
- 2 x Jalapenos, seeds removed
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dark Vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 x Lime , Juice of
- 1/4 tsp Whole cumin seed, lightly toasted
- 1/4 tsp Whole fennel seed, lightly toasted
- 1/4 x Red onion, diced
- 1/4 bn Cilantro, minced Salt and pepper, to taste

- Peel outer covering off tomatillos. Place tomatillos, yellow onions, jalapenos and garlic on oiled pan and place in 350 F oven. Roast till soft. Process mix while still warm in blender or possibly processor. Place in saucepan with Worcestershire sauce, Vermouth, soy sauce, lime juice, cumin and fennel seeds. Boil 2 to 3 min, stirring. Cold to room temperature.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
