Receta Cubed Chicken Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan
Direcciones
- Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley together before rolling chicken. Saute/fry butter, mustard, garlic with chicken. Cook chicken to a light brown in this. Remove, and roll chicken in bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
