Receta Cubed Steaks Oriental
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 beef cubed steaks (about 4 ounce. each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Packages (10 ounce. each) frzn Chinese-style vegetables with sauce
- 1 jar (2 1/2 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) frzn pea pods, partially thawed
Direcciones
- 1. Heat butter in large skillet. Sprinkle cubed steaks with salt and pepper. Cook steaks in butter over medium-high heat about 2 min on each side.
- 2. Stir in remaining ingredients except pea pods. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 3 to 4 min.
- 3. Add in pea pods; cover. Simmer 3 to 4 min. Serve with chow mein noodles.
- TIP: Pea pods are easily thawed by placing in strainer and running under cool water.
