Ingredientes
- 2 (16 ounce.) Packages frzn minced broccoli, thawed, liquid removed
- 8 c. turkey, cooked, minced fine in blender
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon curry
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Layer broccoli and turkey in large, lightly buttered baking dish. Blend remaining ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Yield: approximately 20 servings.
