  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine corn, flour, lowfat milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Separate Large eggs. Beat yolks until pale yellow and add in to mix.
  4. Beat whites till fluffy and add in to corn.
  5. Pour mix into a loaf pan. Dot top with butter.
  6. Set loaf pan into a larger pan with about 2" of water.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until test with knife comes out clean.
