Receta Custard Like Corn Pudding
Ingredientes
- 2 c. grated fresh corn or 1 pound can corn
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine corn, flour, lowfat milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Separate Large eggs. Beat yolks until pale yellow and add in to mix.
- Beat whites till fluffy and add in to corn.
- Pour mix into a loaf pan. Dot top with butter.
- Set loaf pan into a larger pan with about 2" of water.
- Bake for 1 hour or until test with knife comes out clean.
