Receta Daddy's Shrimp & Oyster Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 4 dozen med. shrimp
- 4 dozen oysters
- 3 lg. onions, minced
- 3 celery stalks, minced
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 sm. cans tomato paste
Direcciones
- Heat Crisco, add in minced onions and garlic. Saute/fry 2 min. Add in peppers and tomato paste. Cook on low heat 1 1/2 hrs. Add in shrimp, cook 10 min. Stir often. Add in oysters, cook 10 min; stir. Add in 2 c. cooked white rice and serve at once. Serves 12.
