Receta Daniel Boone Tavern Spoon Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Creamed corn, canned
- 1 c. Yellow cornmeal, water grnd
- 3 x Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- Stir 2 c. lowfat milk, 1 c. canned cream corn with 1 c. water grnd (yellow)
- cornmeal over med. heat to make a mush. Add in 3 well beaten Large eggs, removing from heat at once. Beat well and add in 1 TB baking pwdr, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 TB butter (melted). Beat 3 min; Pour into greased 2-quart. casserole. Bake 30 to 35 min at 350 degrees F or possibly until lightly browned. Serve hot.
