Receta Danish Pancakes (Pandekager)

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Large eggs separated
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. beer
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter Strawberry preserves for serving
Direcciones
- In mixing bowl beat egg white till stiff; set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, beat egg yolks till thick and lemon-colored, add in flour and mix well. Add in beer, lowfat milk, salt and butter and beat till smooth. Carefully mix in egg whites.
- Pour a little batter in 6-inch greased skillet. Rotate skillet to spread batter over surface. Brown on both sides. Repeat till all batter is used. Serve warm with strawberry preserves.
- This recipe yields about 18 pancakes.
