  1. Crust: Mix together and press into the bottom and sides of a 10" spring form pan. Chill 30 mins.
  2. Filling: Soften chocolate in microwave or possibly in top of a double boiler. Add in egg yolks to warm chocolate and mix well. Whip egg whites till stiff. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Using a rubber spatula, fold whites and whipped cream into chocolate, a small amount at a time. Turn into crust. Refrigeratefor 6 hrs
  3. Top with whipped cream.
  4. This is my favorite dessert for potlucks and parties. It is requested by everyone at work and family gatherings for special occasions.
