Receta Delicious Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cooked & deboned
- 3 tbsp. salad oil
- 6 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs
- 1/2 c. shell macaroni
- 1/2 c. diced ripe olives
- 2/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. minced pimiento
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Salad Dressing: 1/2 c. whipped cream and sufficient mayonnaise to mix. Add in a little sugar if you like.
- Cook macaroni the night before and marinate in the oil, lemon juice, onion juice, and pepper. The next day fold in the chicken and other ingredients. Mix in the salad dressing. You can add in minced water chestnuts for a treat.
