- 12 c. popped popcorn
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pkt semisweet chocolate morsels - (6 ounce)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Place popcorn on a lightly greased 15- by 10-inch jellyroll pan; set aside.
- Bring sugar, syrup, and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add in chocolate morsels and vanilla, stirring till melted.
- Drizzle chocolate mix over popcorn, stirring to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Transfer popcorn to a wax paper-lined pan to cold, stirring occasionally.
