Receta Delicious Chuck Roast With Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 x 2 1/2 lb chuck or possibly 7-bone roast
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 can (7 ounce) Ortega chili salsa
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or possibly large, flameproof casserole. Brown meat on all sides on medium high heat.
- 2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. pour over meat. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 2-1/2 to3 hrs. Check roast after 2 hrs.
- If more liquid is needed, add in a little water or possibly wine.
- Yield: 4-6 servings
