Receta Delicious Corn Pudding

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pch Grnd cinnamon
- 1 pch Nutmeg
- 2 c. Fresh whole kernal corn (4 medium ears)
- 1 c. Light cream
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks till thick and lemon-colored, 5-8 min. Add in butter, sugars, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
- Add in corn. Stir in cream and lowfat milk. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into yolk mix. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-quart. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cover loosely during last 10 min of baking if necessary to prevent overbrowning.
