Receta Diabetic Fruit Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dates
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. prunes
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Coarsely chop dates, raisins and prunes. Put in a small pan, add in 1 c. water and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Put fruits and juices in a mixing bowl. Let cold.
- Then add in butter, Large eggs, baking soda, vanilla and salt and mix well. Stir in flour a little at a time. Mix in nuts and spread batter in a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 25 to 30 min. Cold and cut in squares.
