Receta Diet No Egg Mayonnaise
Ingredientes
- 4 Packages sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk (undiluted)
- 2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. corn or possibly safflower oil (more or possibly less)
Direcciones
- Combine first five ingredients in blender on whip. Add in vinegar then add in oil in a slow stream, till mix thickens and forms a smooth, thick mix. Put in a clean container and chill.
