Receta Herbs, Lemon, And Shrimp Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 6 lrg Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Dry basil
- 1 lb Medium shrimp, shelled
- 2 whl green onions, minced Lots of grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese Grated zest of 1 lg lemon
- 1/2 tsp Warm red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 c. Finely minced parsely Salt
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a large, heavy skillet. Add in lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano, and cook 2 min. Add in shrimp and saute/fry till opaque, about 4 min. Add in parsley, green onions, salt,and pepper, and cook 1 min. Stir in lemon juice and cook another min, then toss with warm pasta and parmesan cheese, and serve at once. Serve with or possibly without extra grated cheese.
- Serves 4. RECOMMENDED PASTA: 3/4 poundspaghetti or possibly linguine.
