Receta Dilled Salmon Steaks For Two

Ingredientes
- 2 x 8-Ounce Salmon Steaks (freshly caught) Dill Mix-----
- 4 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 1 tsp Dill Seed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Fresh Chives -- or possibly parsley
- 1 pch Pepper
Direcciones
- To prepare the dill mix, heat the butter in a shallow pan over a low heat.
- Add in lemon juice and mix well. Remove from the heat and blend in the dill and chives. Allow the mix to cold.
- Broil the salmon steaks 6-8 min on each side turning once. Baste frequently with dill mix. Remove from the broiler and place on a platter, covering the steaks with the remaining mix. Serve with a zucchini and tomato stew, au gratin potatoes and dill rye bread. Add in a glass of wine and candle light for a real dinner for two.
