Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 3/4 c. coarsely minced onion
- 1/3 c. finely minced celery
- 2 Large eggs
- 8 ounce. tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dry oregano (leaf)
- 6 tomato slices
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
- 3 slices cheese, cut in half diagonally
- Unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Cook beef, onion, and celery in skillet on medium heat till meat is done. In medium size bowl, beat Large eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and combine with meat mix. Add in crumbs and mix. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 min. Arrange cheese slices, spoke fashion, on top. Return to oven for a few min till cheese melts. Top with tomato slices and cut into 6 wedges.
