Receta Do Ahead Orange Yeast Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd cardamom
Direcciones
- Day before serving: Measure dry ingredients in large bowl. Over low heat, heat lowfat milk and butter till very warm, 120-130 degrees. Butter does not need to heat completely. With mixer at low speed gradually pour liquid into dry ingredients. Beat till mixed. Add in large eggs and beat 3 min at medium speed. (Yeast should be completely dissolved.) Cover bowl and chill overnight. Preheat waffle iron. Pour in scant cup and bake till brown.
