Ingredientes
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 lb cottage cheese
- 1 x -1/2 c lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. ham, cooked & diced
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lrg tomato, cut into wedges
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F. Cook the macaroni and drain well. Combine with all other ingredients except the tomatoes and pour into a 3-quart casserole. Bake 40 min, top with tomato wedges and bake another 15 min. Serve with a green salad & crusty garlic bread.
