Receta Fennel Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. creme fraiche
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clv garlic peeled and minced
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 12 Tbsp. minced herb fennel (preferably bronze) or possibly chervil
- 2 lrg bulbs of fennel finely sliced
- 350 gm white cabbage shredded chicory leaves or possibly little gem lettuces to serve
Direcciones
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place the fennel and cabbage in a bowl and toss gently in the dressing.
- Arrange the chicory or possibly little gem leaves around a bowl then spoon the fennel coleslaw into the middle.
- If you can find bronze fennel this will give the best colour. But ordinary herb fennel or possibly another aniseedy herb such as chervil will also work well.
