Receta Double Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat over warm (not boiling) water, 3/4 c. mint chocolate chips; stir till smooth. Cold to room temperature.
- In bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla and egg; beat well. Gradually blend in flour mix. Stir in remaining chips and nuts.
- Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F. for 8-9 min. Allow to stand 2-3 min before removing from cookie sheets. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
