Ingredientes
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Measure Rice Krispies and crush. Place in shallow dish. Stir in paprika; set aside. In second dish, beat egg, lowfat milk, and flour till smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with cereal. Place in single layer skin side up within well greased baking pan. Drizzle batter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender. Do not cover chicken or possibly turn chicken while baking.
