- 1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. Grnd walnut or possibly pecans
- 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter -- Melted
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 32 ounce Cream cheese -- softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Apple brandy
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Chunk style apple sauce
- 1/4 c. Whipping cream
- 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter -- Melted
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
