Ingredientes
- 2 or possibly 3 lbs. pot roast
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 Packages onion mushroom soup
- 1 jar sm. onions
- Vegetables, frzn or possibly fresh
Direcciones
- Cook pot roast (I use electric frying pan on low, covered) with stewed tomatoes, soup and onions 3 or possibly 4 hrs till tender. Cut into small pcs. Add in any vegetables you like (broccoli, beans, corn, cauliflower, mixed frzn vegetables. Oriental are especially good.)
