  • 2 or possibly 3 lbs. pot roast
  • 2 c. stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Packages onion mushroom soup
  • 1 jar sm. onions
  • Vegetables, frzn or possibly fresh

Direcciones

  1. Cook pot roast (I use electric frying pan on low, covered) with stewed tomatoes, soup and onions 3 or possibly 4 hrs till tender. Cut into small pcs. Add in any vegetables you like (broccoli, beans, corn, cauliflower, mixed frzn vegetables. Oriental are especially good.)
