Receta Easiest Egg Custard Pie
Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. fresh lowfat milk
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a whisk.
- Pour into 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- May sprinkle extra nutmeg on top before baking.
