Receta Easy Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1 pkt (2-layer-size) yellow cake mix without pudding
- 1 pkt (4-serving-size) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 3 x Bananas, mashed
Direcciones
- Grease 2 (8 1/4-by-4 1/2-by-3-inch) loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat Large eggs, then add in dry cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Mix well. Add in nuts and bananas. Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour or possibly till bread tests done. Cold in pans on wire rack 10 min; remove from pans and cold completely on rack.
- Makes 2 loaves.
