Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound blade chuck roast
- 4 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 med. onion (diced)
- 1 bay leaf (whole)
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients into a large crockpot and add in potatoes and carrots if you like. Cook on high approximately 6 hrs. Serve right out of the crock pot. No need for knife with this roast, a fork will do.
