Receta Easy Danish Apple Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Apples, peeled & grated
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Cream margarine and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla, beating well. Add in flour, baking soda and cinnamon arld blend well. Add in grated apples and beat well by hand. Pour into greased 9-by-9-inch pan.
- Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
