Receta Easy Low Fat Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 1 pound minced beef
- 1 (12-16 ounce.) container cottage cheese
- 8-12 ounce. part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 32 ounce. spaghetti sauce
Direcciones
- Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Set oven at 350 degrees. Cook lasagne noodles are according to package directions. Brown beef, drain, stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
- Combine cheeses, Large eggs, oregano and salt and pepper to your taste. Spread 1/4 c. sauce in pan, cover with a layer of noodles. Spread 1/3 of cheese mix over noodles. Repeat sauce, noodle, cheese layers 2 more times. Bake till warm and bubbly, about 35 min. Serves 9.
