  1. Pour 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce over bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add in 5 uncooked noodles.
  2. Mix Ricotta or possibly cottage cheese, Large eggs, seasonings and well liquid removed spinach. Spread 1/2 of spinach mix over noodles, then spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella. Add in 5 more noodles and layer remaining spinach mix, sauce and Mozzarella.
  3. Pour 1 c. (scant) water around side of pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs. Rest for 10 min before cutting.
  4. I substitute equal amount Swiss chard for spinach in season.
