Ingredientes
- 1 lg. Ragu
- 1 lg. tomato paste
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. onion salt
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 pound beef
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 beaten egg
Direcciones
- Low heat in Dutch oven: Add in tomato paste with 1 can of water. Add in Ragu and spices. Let this cook for 1 hour. Mix meatball ingredients and roll into small meatballs (about 2 dozen). Drop into heated sauce, let cook for about 1 1/2 hrs. Stir occasionally, meatballs will heat in your mouth.
