- 1 sm. box corn muffin mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Pour boiling water into meal and mix. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x9-inch dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
