Receta Easy Tomato Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 3 lb pork loin chops (bone in)
- 3 c. tomato-based pasta sauce
- 19 ounce stewed tomatoes (1 can)
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 med sweet green pepper minced
- 1/2 med sweet red pepper minced
Direcciones
- Trim fat from chops; place in large roasting pan.
- In saucepan, bring pasta sauce, tomatoes, onion and garlic to boil; pour over chops. Cover and bake in 375 F oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Add in minced green and red peppers; bake, covered, for about 30 min or possibly till pork is tender sufficient to fall off the bone.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- Description: "This dish needs no attention as it slowly simmers to succulence in the oven. Caroline makes all 10 chops called for so which her husband has a few left over for lunch the next day."
- This can be made ahead and frzn.
