Receta Easy Tuna Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can chunk tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 egg, beaten
Direcciones
- In bowl, combine tuna, onion, egg, lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs. Make into 6 or possibly 8 patties and coat with remaining crumbs.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. butter. Brown patties till golden. Garnish with lemon slices.
