Receta Egg Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg
- 1 slc Fresh ginger root
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 4 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Catsup
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Hardboil egg. Cold under cool running water; then shell. Mince egg and ginger root.
- 2. Cut garlic clove in two. Rub a bowl with its cut surfaces; then throw away garlic.
- 3. In the bowl combine chopped egg and ginger root with remaining ingredients, blending well. Use with cool vegetables.
- NOTE: This dressing may be made in quantity, put up in a jar and refrigerated. It will keep for weeks.
